Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw klamek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem oraz ukladem i wlasciwosciami powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysun- kach, które przedstawiaja, na fig. 1 zestaw klamek w pierwszej wersji wykonania w widoku z przodu i widoku z góry, a fig. 2 zestaw klamek w drugiej wersji wykonania w widoku z przodu i widoku z góry. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, arrangement, and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, which show, in Fig. 1, the set of door handles in the first embodiment, in front and top views, and in Fig. 2, the set of door handles in the second embodiment, in front and top views. A set of door handles according to the industrial design consists of a basic door handle in the form of a rod in the shape similar to the letter "L" and a door handle in the form of a knob, each of which consists of a grip part, a shaft and a mounting part in the form of a pin mounted in a round hole in the disc. The set of door handles in the first version is characterized in that the shaft of the basic door handle has a shape similar to a cone bent towards the grip part, which in a top view has the shape of an arc with a rounded end and a cross-section similar to an ellipse segment, the door handle in the form of a knob has a cylindrical shaft, and the grip part in a front view has the shape of a circle with a convex surface of a shape similar to an ellipsoid, and the disc has the shape of a disc with rounded corners and a concave recess made on the front surface with in the shape of a cylindrical surface with a large radius, as shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 1. The set of door handles in the second version of the embodiment is characterized in that the basic door handle stem has a shape close to a cone gradually passing into the gripping part, creating a shape which in a top view is close to the letter "C" with a cross-section in the form of a half-ellipse, the section of which is parallel to the major axis of the ellipse, the knob-shaped door handle has a cylindrical stem, and the gripping part in a top view has a trapezoid shape with arc-shaped non-parallel sides and a base which in a frontal view has the shape of an ellipse, and the disc in a frontal view has the shape of an ellipse, the thickness of which decreases on both sides towards a small radius of the ellipse, as shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 2.
