Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia lusterko wsteczne do pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i od strony krótszego boku, fig.2- lusterko w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu i od strony dluzszego boku, fig.3- lusterko w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu i od strony drugiego dluzszego boku, fig.4- lusterko w widoku od strony krótszego boku, fig.5- lusterko od strony drugiegokrótszego boku, fig.6- lusterko w widoku z przodu, a fig.7- lusterko w widoku z tylu. Lusterko wsteczne do pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace czesc lustrzana o zarysie trapezu równoramiennego z zaokraglonymi narozami i uchwyt, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sciana tylna czesci lustrzanej jest wypukla, zas uchwyt usytuowany na wsporniku posrodku sciany tylnej czesci lustrzanej sklada sie z ramienia w ksztalcie walca wyprofilowanego w zarys litery „U" oraz dwóch elementów mocujacych stanowiacych zakonczenia ramienia. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the rear-view mirror for a vehicle in a perspective view from the front and from the shorter side, fig. 2 - the mirror in a perspective view from the back and from the longer side, fig. 3 - the mirror in a perspective view from the back and from the other longer side, fig. 4 - the mirror in a view from the shorter side, fig. 5 - the mirror from the other shorter side, fig. 6 - the mirror in a front view, and fig. 7 - the mirror in a rear view. An industrial-design rear-view mirror for a vehicle, comprising a mirror part in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners and a handle, has the following essential features: the rear wall of the mirror part is convex, and the handle, located on a support in the middle of the rear wall of the mirror part, consists of a cylinder-shaped arm profiled in the shape of the letter "U" and two fastening elements constituting the ends of the arm.
