Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kolumna do rozlewu piwa, przeznaczona do napelniania naczyn w szczególnosci w kawiarniach i restauracjach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac kolumny przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane kolumny do rozlewu piwa w widoku z boku, zas fig.2 ukazuje te odmiane kolumny do rozlewu piwa w widoku z góry, fig.3 i fig.4 stanowia druga odmiane kolumny do rozlewu piwa w widoku bocznym i w widoku z góry. Zdjecie przedstawione na fig.5 ukazuje kolumne w pierwszej odmianie, zas zdjecie przestawione na fig.6 stanowi druga odmiane kolumny. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku pierwsza odmiana kolumny do rozlewu piwa jest utworzona z przezroczystego cylindra z podzialka, osadzonego na podstawie i zaopatrzonego w zawór dozujacy. Kolumna charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przezroczysty cylinder jest zamkniety od góry ozdobna przykrywka, a podstawa jest utworzona z walca utwierdzonego w wielokatnej stopie z charakterystycznymi kolowymi zlobieniami usytuowanymi wokól walca, zas walec ma wystep jak przedstawiono na fig.1 - fig.2 oraz na zdjeciu fig.5 Druga odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku w postaci kolumny do rozlewu piwa jest utworzona z przezroczystego cylindra z podzialka, osadzonego na podstawie i zaopatrzonego w zawór dozujacy.Kolumna charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przezroczysty cylinder jest zamkniety od góry ozdobna przykrywka i ma charakterystyczne napisy umieszczone wzdluz i na obwodzie rury, a podstawa jest utworzona z walca utwierdzonego w stopie o ksztalcie kolowym, przy czym górna powierzchnia stopy ma charakterystyczne kolowe zlobienia usytuowane wokól walca, zas walec ma wystep jak przedstawiono na fig.3 - fig.4 oraz na zdjeciu fig.6. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a beer dispensing column, intended for filling vessels, particularly in cafés and restaurants. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the column, manifested in the shape and arrangement of elements aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first version of the beer dispensing column in a side view, while Fig. 2 shows this version of the beer dispensing column in a top view. Figs. 3 and Fig. 4 constitute the second version of the beer dispensing column in side and top views. The photograph in Fig. 5 shows the column in the first version, while the photograph in Fig. 6 constitutes the second version of the column. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the first version of the beer dispensing column is formed from a transparent cylinder with a scale, mounted on a base and equipped with a dispensing valve. The column is characterized in that the transparent cylinder is closed at the top with a decorative cover, and the base is made of a cylinder fixed in a polygonal foot with characteristic circular grooves located around the cylinder, and the cylinder has a protrusion as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 2 and in the photo Fig. 5. The second variant of the industrial design as shown in the attached drawing in the form of a column for bottling beer is made of a transparent graduated cylinder, mounted on a base and provided with a dispensing valve. The column is characterized in that the transparent cylinder is closed at the top with a decorative cover and has characteristic inscriptions placed along and on the circumference of the pipe, and the base is made of a cylinder fixed in a circular foot, wherein the upper surface of the foot has characteristic circular grooves located around the cylinder, and the cylinder has a protrusion as shown in Fig. 3 - Fig. 4 and in the photo fig.6.
