Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ do regulowanego dozowania dodatku zawierający: część dolną (10) elementu bazowego zawierającą otwór centralny, co najmniej jeden kanał (11) przepływu płynu bazowego tworzący ścieżkę przepływu płynu bazowego, część górną (20) elementu bazowego połączoną z częścią dolną (10) elementu bazowego, zawierającą element trzonowy części górnej (20) elementu bazowego oraz kanał przepływu mieszaniny wyznaczający ścieżkę przepływu mieszaniny, przy czym na elemencie trzonowym umieszczony jest ustnik (60), przy czym część dolna (10) elementu bazowego i część górna (20) elementu bazowego wyznaczają sekcję mieszania (2), dyszę dostarczającą (40) połączoną z częścią dolną (10) elementu bazowego zawierającą element trzonowy (41) dyszy dostarczającej (40), przy czym element trzonowy (41) zawiera kanał przepływu dodatku elementu trzonowego (41) oraz element trzonowy (41) wystaje przez otwór centralny części dolnej (10) elementu bazowego do sekcji mieszania (2), zawór regulacyjny (80) do regulowania przepływu dozowanego dodatku, umieszczony obrotowo na elemencie trzonowym (41) dyszy dostarczającej (40) zawierający kanał przepływu dodatku zaworu regulacyjnego (80), przy czym kanał przepływu dodatku elementu trzonowego (41) oraz kanał przepływu dodatku zaworu regulacyjnego (80) wyznaczają ścieżkę przepływu dodatku oraz zawór jednokierunkowy (70) umieszczony w ścieżce przepływu płynu bazowego, który charakteryzuje się tym, że co najmniej jeden kanał (11) przepływu płynu bazowego umieszczony jest w części dolnej (10) elementu bazowego, część górna (20) elementu bazowego zawiera otwór ograniczający oraz układ do regulowanego dozowania dodatku zawiera ponadto: pierścień regulacyjny (30) umieszczony obrotowo na części górnej (20) elementu bazowego zawierający trzpień regulacyjny (33) przechodzący przez otwór ograniczający do ograniczania przemieszczania trzpienia regulacyjnego, przy czym trzpień regulacyjny jest sprzężony z zaworem regulacyjnym (80) do regulowania ilości przepływu dozowanego dodatku.
