Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik do materialów sypkich. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe uksztaltowanie, zdobnictwo, kolorystyka oraz material z którego wykonany jest pojemnik. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zlaczonym rysunku na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig.2 inna odmiane pojemnika w widoku czolowym. Pojemnik wykonany jest z laminatu poliestrowo-szklanego w odcieniach koloru szarego z ozdobna ramka w kolorze czerwonym. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru ma postac bryly, której sciana czolowa zarys zblizony do odwróconego trapezu z prostokatnym przezroczystym okienkiem, otoczonym dookola ozdobna ramka w kolorze czerwonym, zas w czesci górnej pojemnika usytuowana jest prostokatna przykrywa, wystajaca poza zarys pojemnika wykonana dwustopniowo - na prostokatnej podstawie usytuowana jest bryla równiez o prostokatnej lecz pomniejszonej podstawie i stozkowych pochylonych scianach, przy czym sciany czolowa i tylna maja zarys trapezu, zas sciany boczne maja zarys trójkatny. The essence of the industrial design is the new shape, ornamentation, color scheme, and material from which the container is made. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows another version of the container in a frontal view. The container is made of a polyester-glass laminate in shades of gray with a decorative red frame. The container, according to the design, is a solid shape with a front wall roughly shaped like an inverted trapezoid with a rectangular, transparent window surrounded by a decorative red frame. A rectangular lid extending beyond the container's outline is located on the top of the container. It is constructed in two stages: on the rectangular base sits a solid shape with a rectangular, but reduced, base and conical, inclined walls. The front and rear walls are trapezoidal, while the side walls are triangular. A lifting handle is located symmetrically in the center of the front of the lid, as shown in the attached illustrative material. In another variation, the container has a cuboid-like outline with a rectangular transparent window located in the front wall, surrounded by a decorative red frame. The upper part of the container has a rectangular lid protruding beyond the container's outline. It is constructed in two stages: on the rectangular base is a block also with a rectangular but reduced base and conical, inclined walls, with the front and rear walls having a trapezoidal outline, and the side walls having a triangular outline.
