Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest emulsja farmaceutyczna do zapobiegania i leczenia zmian oczu u zwierząt, która charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera jako składnik aktywny Sirolimus (Rapamycynę) w ilości od 0,04% do 0,06%, olej mineralny w ilości od 0,75% do 2,0%, Glicerol w ilości od 1,2% do 3,2%, Poloxamer 188 w ilości od 0,1% do 0,3%, Tyloksapol w ilości od 0,15% do 0,35%, Chlorek cetalkonium w ilości od 0,004% do 0,006% oraz Trometaminę w ilości od 0,1% do 0,03%.
