Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest system kontenerowy do przechowywania baterii zawierający zintegrowaną z kontenerem powłokę pneumatyczną, charakteryzujący się tym, że powłoka pneumatyczna zawiera nadmuchiwane moduły pneumatyczne zamocowane ruchomo na szynach mocowania modułów pneumatycznych, które biegną wzdłuż wszystkich krawędzi ścian kontenera, w szynach ukryty jest kanał powietrzny i kontener jest podzielony wewnątrz, w osi poprzecznej panelem oddzielającym, który oddziela komorę na baterię znajdującą się od frontu kontenera od komory magazynującej moduły pneumatyczne, przy czym kontener od frontu zawiera wrota frontowe, na których zainstalowany jest panel sterowania oraz wrota tylne typu uchylnego od tyłu kontenera, które umożliwiają dostęp do modułów pneumatycznych w komorze magazynującej. Nad wrotami tylnymi znajduje się kratka wentylacyjna prowadząca do położonej nad komorą magazynującą komory na urządzenia sprężarkowo-wentylacyjne, w której umieszczone są sprężarka i urządzenie wentylacyjno-klimatyzacyjne. Komora magazynująca i komora na urządzenia sprężarkowo-wentylacyjne są od siebie oddzielone w płaszczyźnie poprzecznej kontenera panelem rozdzielającym. Pod panelem rozdzielającym znajduje się mechanizm prowadnicowy dla wrót tylnych. W narożnikach sąsiadujących z wrotami tylnymi kontenera w komorze magazynującej znajdują się kolumny z okablowaniem wysokiego napięcia, które jest wyprowadzane na zewnątrz kontenera (1) przez otwór (20) obecny na spodniej powierzchni kolumny. W narożnikach kontenera znajdują się komory do ukrycia nóg, w których są pneumatycznie wysuwane nogi. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia sposób montowania sytemu kontenerowego.The subject of the application shown in the drawing is a container system for storing batteries comprising an integrated pneumatic envelope with the container, characterised in that the pneumatic envelope comprises inflatable pneumatic modules movably mounted on pneumatic module mounting rails which run along all edges of the container walls, an air duct is concealed in the rails and the container is divided inside, in the transverse axis by a separating panel which separates the battery chamber located at the front of the container from the chamber storing the pneumatic modules, wherein the container at the front comprises a front gate on which a control panel is installed and a rear gate of the swinging type at the rear of the container which enables access to the pneumatic modules in the storage chamber. Above the rear gate is a ventilation grille leading to the chamber for compressor-ventilation devices located above the storage chamber, in which the compressor and the ventilation-air conditioning device are placed. The storage chamber and the chamber for compressor-ventilation devices are separated from each other in the transverse plane of the container by a separating panel. Under the separating panel there is a guide mechanism for the rear gate. In the corners adjacent to the rear gate of the container in the storage chamber there are columns with high voltage cabling, which is led out of the container (1) through an opening (20) present in the bottom surface of the column. In the corners of the container there are chambers for hiding the legs, in which the legs are pneumatically extended. Another subject of the application is a method of assembling a container system.
