Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest klapa zamykająca dla schodów strychowych oraz schody strychowe z klapą zamykającą. Klapa zamykająca dla schodów strychowych zbudowana z co najmniej jednej warstwy laminatu (1, 2) oraz warstwy izolacyjnej tak, że warstwa izolacyjna przylega do warstwy laminatu (1, 2), a warstwa laminatu pełni funkcję osłonową co najmniej jednej strony warstwy izolacyjnej oraz co najmniej jedna warstwa laminatu (1, 2) i warstwa izolacyjna są ze sobą połączone wzdłuż powierzchni przylegania warstwy izolacyjnej i warstwy laminatu (1, 2) charakteryzuje się tym, że warstwa izolacyjna zbudowana jest z co najmniej dwóch elementów (31, 32, 33).
