Abstract
Zespół napędowy rozdzielaczy strug rurociągu podwójnego z wymiennikami akumulacyjnymi i kanałowymi i/lub hybrydowymi, charakteryzuje się tym, że na obrzeżach (23) rozdzielacza strug (1) przylegających do kanałów wewnętrznych i dzielących je ścianek wymiennika akumulacyjnego (16), połączonych rurociągiem podwójnym z zespołem napędowym osadzony jest wymiennik akumulacyjny (16) z wewnętrznymi kanałami przepływu, podzielonymi na sekcje przepływu przez nie dwóch niezależnych strug medium; przy czym dwustronnie, po obu stronach połączonych rozdzielaczy strug (1) tj. po przeciwnych stronach w stosunku do zespołu napędowego, w rurociągu podwójnym, osadzone są wymienniki akumulacyjne (16) z wewnętrznymi kanałami przepływu wyodrębnionymi jako sekcje, odpowiednio po jednym rozdzielaczu strug (1) z każdej strony wymiennika akumulacyjnego (16); przy czym dwa rozdzielacze strug (1) zamocowane po przeciwnych stronach każdego z wymienników akumulacyjnych (16) wyposażone są w dowolny, znany ze stanu techniki mechanizm przełączania (14) rozdzielaczy strug względem sekcji kanałów wymiennika, korzystnie mechanizm przełączająco-uszczelniający, który umieszczony jest w osi układu na wale obrotowym. Korzystnie w osi połączonych rozdzielaczy strug (1) i wymiennika akumulacyjnego (16) umieszczony jest mechanizm przełączania (14), którego obrót powoduje przesunięcie rozdzielaczy strug względem siebie o jedną sekcje kanałów wewnętrznych wymiennika akumulacyjnego i uszczelnienie rozdzielaczy strug względem siebie. Korzystnie rozdzielacze strug (1) zespolone są na stałe z wymiennikiem akumulacyjnym (16) w wersji z przesunięciem lub w wersji zgodnej.A drive unit for the stream dividers of a double pipeline with storage and channel and/or hybrid exchangers is characterized in that on the periphery (23) of the stream divider (1) adjacent to the internal channels and the walls of the storage exchanger (16) dividing them, connected by a double pipeline to the drive unit, an accumulation exchanger (16) is mounted with internal flow channels, divided into sections of flow through them of two independent medium streams; wherein on both sides, on both sides of the connected stream dividers (1), i.e. on opposite sides in relation to the drive unit, in the double pipeline, storage exchangers (16) are mounted with internal flow channels separated as sections, respectively one stream divider (1) on each side of the storage exchanger (16); wherein two stream dividers (1) mounted on opposite sides of each of the storage exchangers (16) are equipped with any mechanism known in the art for switching (14) the stream dividers relative to the exchanger channel sections, preferably a switching and sealing mechanism, which is placed in the axis of the system on the rotary shaft. Preferably, in the axis of the connected stream dividers (1) and the storage exchanger (16), a switching mechanism (14) is placed, the rotation of which causes the stream dividers to shift relative to each other by one section of the internal channels of the storage exchanger and seal the stream dividers relative to each other. Preferably, the stream dividers (1) are permanently connected to the storage exchanger (16) in an offset version or in a compatible version.
