Niniejszy wynalazek dotyczy pieca o komorach z kanalami pionowemi i re¬ generatorami ciepla, moze sluzyc jedno¬ czesnie do fabrykacji koksu metalurgicz¬ nego i gazu swietlnego. Prazyc w nim mozna wegiel lub kazdy inny produkt.Piec ten mozna nazwac piecem z re¬ generatorami podluznemi, równoleglemi. Takie urzadzenie daje latwosc regulowania, t. j. pozwala z lat¬ woscia stosowac wlasciwa ilosc powie¬ trza koniecznego do spalania odpowied¬ niej ilosci gazu. Z tego wyplywa ogrze¬ wanie równomierne scian pieca. Dotych¬ czas gazy spalane zbieraly sie w jednym regeneratorze, wskutek czego regulowa¬ nie i dozór nad spalaniem sie wegla byl klopotliwy i nieregularny.Fig. 1 przedstawia przekrój podluzny pieca o kanalach i regeneratorach, a mia¬ nowicie lewa strona weglug linji A—A, strona prawa wedlug linji B—B na fig. 2, fig. Podczas pierw¬ szej pólgodziny gaz przechodzi do ko¬ mór ogrzewajacych przez kurki 2 i £\ podczas drugiej pólgodziny przez kurki 3 i 3K Szeregiem przewodów gaz przecho¬ dzi do serji otworów kalibrowanych czyli rurek i8, wychodzacych do kanalów pio¬ nowych o i 7 w scianie oporowej pieca. Rurki 18 sa dostepne przez górna czesc pieca, zapomoca czopków rucho¬ mych 20 i 19\ sluzacych do regulowa¬ nia dostepu gazu wzdluz scian pieca.Regulowanie ogrzewania moze byc usku¬ tecznione przez zmiane miejsca zawo¬ rów 19.Gazy rozzarzone plyna do kanalów 5, przechodza przez kanal poziomy 6, a nastepnie do kanalów 7, aby stad ujsc do przedzialów regeneratora 9.Przez czesc prawa sciany oporowej pieca gazy ida zupelnie symetrycznie do strony lewej. PL PLThe present invention concerns a furnace with chambers with vertical channels and heat generators. It can be used to produce metallurgical coke and illuminating gas simultaneously. Coal or any other product can be roasted in it. This furnace can be called a furnace with longitudinal, parallel regenerators. The regenerator, located beneath the furnace, is usually divided into four compartments completely separated from each other by cross-partitions. This arrangement has the advantage of avoiding the formation of short sinterings in the product stack and zones (zones) sheltered from the circulation of gases or air, which would naturally hinder the good thermal efficiency of the regenerator. Furthermore, the operation of parallel regenerators is associated with only a small charge loss due to gas leakage. For this reason, the pressure difference between the heating chambers and the combustion chambers is kept to a minimum, reducing the risk of gas transfer or exchange between the two types of chambers, an exchange that, as is known, reduces the efficiency of coal derivatives and the quality of the gas produced. This arrangement, ensuring rational use of the entire system's heat, also promotes the durability of the structure thanks to the transverse partitions between the generators. This design allows for the use of a single gas tank. This means that, compared to known devices consisting of two consecutive tanks, it represents a significant simplification, as it allows for maintaining a single channel at a constant temperature. This ensures a uniform air draft in the chimney, and consequently, the most favorable combustion of the gas heating the furnace battery, as well as greatly facilitating the supervision and regulation of coal combustion. It should be noted that the possibility of using only one gas tank allows the number of regulating valves on these tanks to be reduced from five to one. However, this invention does not exclude the use of two tanks operating simultaneously. This device, although less simple, is even more advantageous than the previous one. Finally, another advantage of the longitudinal parallel regenerator is that each compartment receives combusted gases from a fixed space and heating chamber (called the furnace retaining wall), whose partitions run in the same direction as the regenerator. This device is easy to regulate, i.e., it allows for the proper amount of air required to burn the appropriate amount of gas. This results in uniform heating of the furnace walls. Until now, the combusted gases were collected in a single regenerator, making regulation and supervision of coal combustion difficult and irregular. Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section of a furnace with channels and regenerators, namely the left side along the line A—A, the right side along the line B—B in Fig. 2; Figs. 2 and 3 show horizontal sections, the first along the line C—C in Fig. 1 at the height of the air and gas ducts in the retaining wall of the furnace, and the second along the line D—D at the base of the regenerator; Fig. 4 shows a vertical section, the left part along the line E—E in Figs. 2 and 3, and the right part along the line F—F. The gas circulation in this furnace is as follows: combustion gases flow continuously through ducts 1 and Z1. During the first half-hour, the gas passes into the heating chambers through taps 2 and £, and during the second half-hour, through taps 3 and 3K. Through a series of pipes, the gas passes into a series of calibrated holes, i.e., tubes 18, leading to vertical channels 0 and 7 in the furnace retaining wall. For example: during the first half-hour, in the first half of the left-hand part of the furnace retaining wall, hot air coming from the regenerator compartments, which corresponds to this half, passes through the corresponding holes 4 and causes the gas to burn. Tubes 18 are accessible through the upper part of the furnace, by means of movable pins 20 and 19, which are used to regulate the gas access along the furnace walls. Heating can be regulated by means of: by changing the position of valves 19. The incandescent gases flow into channels 5, pass through horizontal channel 6, and then into channels 7, from where they escape into the regenerator compartments 9. Through the right part of the furnace retaining wall, the gases flow completely symmetrically to the left side. During the second half-hour, the gas circulation is reversed: first they flow along channels 7 and pass through channels 5, to then enter the regenerator compartments 8 or 11. Under the same furnace, air for heating passes simultaneously through four compartments, forming the entire generator, during the first period, and during the next period, gases used to recover the latent heat. In this way, during the usual half-hour, combustion air flows through each of the first-period regenerators, intended for the vertical channels located on the sides of the furnace above it, while gases flow through each of the second-period regenerators, also from the channels located on the sides of the furnace above it. During the second half-hour, the roles of these regenerators change. Each of the regenerator compartments S, 9, 10, and 11 is assigned to channels 12, 13, 14, and 10, located at their base and leading to a cast-iron tee 16, which has a valve associated with each channel. This valve regulates the air flow to each regenerator compartment, that is, to the retaining wall itself. The entire gas flow is then passed through a T-piece 16, a valve 17, and a pipe 21 to a collective chamber 22 terminated by a chimney. It should be noted that the furnace retaining wall is divided longitudinally into four equal parts. White-glowing streams pass simultaneously through the end sections, parallel and in the same direction, but different. It is therefore possible to make the heating time of the ascending gas stream longer than the heating time of the same end sections by the descending stream of burnt gas. This compensates for the heat losses (by radiation) that invariably occur when the furnace doors are not tightly closed. The usual heating time for the two central parts is reduced in this way, but this is not a problem because these parts are located in the center of the entire furnace.
