Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanka na bazie poli(chlorku winylu), która zawiera 100 phr suspensyjnego poli(chlorku winylu) o liczbie K wynoszącej 70,40-60 phr plastyfikatora, 3,5-5,5 phr stabilizatora wapniowo-cynkowego, umożliwiającego przetwórstwo PVC w temperaturze w zakresie 160°C-190°C oraz 5-20 phr węglanu wapnia. Plastyfikator jest produktem dwuetapowej estryfikacji glikolu propylenowego kolejno z kwasem octowym oraz z kwasem bursztynowym, prowadzonej przy stosunku molowym glikolu propylenowego do kwasu octowego i do kwasu bursztynowego odpowiednio od 0,8:1,0:0,2 do 1,1:1,0:0,6. Plastyfikator zawiera od 5 do 30 % m/m monooctanu glikolu propylenowego, od 5 do 20 % m/m dioctanu glikolu propylenowego, od 5 do 20 % m/m mono- i dibursztynianów glikolu propylenowego oraz od 5 do 15 % m/m estrów mieszanych kwasu bursztynowego i kwasu octowego z glikolem propylenowym.
