Niniejsze zgłoszenie ujawnia związek o wzorze ogólnym I, gdzie R1 jest wybrany spośród atomu H, Me, Bu, pirydyn-2-ylu lub CO2Et, R2 jest wybrany spośród atomu H, OBn, R3 oznacza atom H, R4 jest wybrany spośród atomu H lub i-Pr, X jest wybrany spośród atomu C lub atomu N, lub R2 i R3 oznacza -CH- i są połączone tworząc sześcioczłonowy pierścień aromatyczny, lub R2 i R3 oznacza -CH2- i są połączone tworząc niearomatyczny sześcioczłonowy pierścień; oraz sposób jego syntezy. Dalszym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zastosowanie związku I jako sondy fluorescencyjnej.The present application discloses a compound of general formula I, wherein R1 is selected from H, Me, Bu, pyridin-2-yl or CO2Et, R2 is selected from H, OBn, R3 is H, R4 is selected from H or i-Pr, X is selected from C or N, or R2 and R3 are -CH- and are joined to form a six-membered aromatic ring, or R2 and R3 are -CH2- and are joined to form a non-aromatic six-membered ring; and a method of synthesis thereof.
