Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do oceny rozkładu grubości wewnętrznego osadu w instalacjach hydraulicznych, stanowiące fragment tej instalacji hydraulicznej, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z części (A) i części (B), tworzących obudowę o przekroju poprzecznym okrągłym, wewnątrz której osadzony jest rozłącznie ustrój pomiarowy zbudowany z pierścienia pomiarowego (6) zaizolowanego na obwodzie zewnętrznym izolacją termiczną, przy czym pierścień pomiarowy (6) posiada co najmniej dwie wbudowane wkładki, korzystnie w postaci walca, gdzie każda wkładka zawiera element grzejny oraz czujnik temperatury, przy czym element grzejny stanowi drut elektrooporowy mający co najmniej jeden zwój ułożony dookoła osi czujnika temperatury, ponadto czujnik temperatury osadzony jest współosiowo względem osi wkładki, a koniec pomiarowy czujnika temperatury znajduje się u wylotu otworu przelotowego wkładki i styka się z dnem otworu nieprzelotowego pierścienia pomiarowego (6), ponadto część (A) połączona jest rozłącznie z częścią (B) na gwint, a cześć (A) posiada wewnętrzne wybranie o średnicy wewnętrznej i płaszczyźnie bocznej, a część B) posiada występ wewnętrzny mający płaszczyznę boczną, przy czym ustrój pomiarowy umieszczony jest pomiędzy płaszczyzną boczną wybrania części (A) a płaszczyzną boczną występu wewnętrznego części (B), ponadto część (A) posiada współosiowy otwór przelotowy o średnicy, a część (B) posiada współosiowy otwór przelotowy o średnicy. Korzystnie pierścień pomiarowy (6) ma wewnętrzną średnicę równą średnicy otworów przelotowych części (A) i (B).The subject of the application is a device for assessing the distribution of internal sediment thickness in hydraulic installations, constituting a part of this hydraulic installation, characterized in that it consists of part (A) and part (B), forming a housing with a circular cross-section, inside which a measuring system is releasably mounted, consisting of a measuring ring (6) insulated on its external circumference with thermal insulation, wherein the measuring ring (6) has at least two built-in inserts, preferably in the form of a cylinder, wherein each insert contains a heating element and a temperature sensor, wherein the heating element is an electrofusion wire having at least one coil arranged around the axis of the temperature sensor, furthermore the temperature sensor is mounted coaxially with respect to the axis of the insert, and the measuring end of the temperature sensor is located at the outlet of the through hole of the insert and is in contact with the bottom of the blind hole of the measuring ring (6), furthermore part (A) is releasably connected to part (B) by a thread, and part (A) has an internal recess with an internal diameter and a lateral plane, and part B) has an internal projection having a lateral plane, wherein the measuring system is arranged between the lateral plane of the recess of part (A) and the lateral plane of the internal projection of part (B), furthermore part (A) has a coaxial through hole of a diameter, and part (B) has a coaxial through hole of a diameter. Preferably, the measuring ring (6) has an internal diameter equal to the diameter of the through holes of parts (A) and (B).
