Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest reaktor radialny do prowadzenia procesów katalitycznych. Reaktor zawiera kosz katalityczny (6) zbudowany z co najmniej dwóch całkowicie wypełnionych katalizatorem pierścieniowych sekcji katalitycznych (4a, 4b) o jednakowej wysokości i wspólnej osi, rozdzielonych pustą pierścieniową przestrzenią (11), która jest otwarta od góry i zamknięta od dołu. Sekcje (4a, 4b) mają perforowane ściany boczne (pobocznice) i nieprzepuszczalne ściany górną i dolną dla zapewnienia poziomego rozpływu gazu przez obie sekcje, przez zewnętrzną sekcję (4b) w kierunku ściany reaktora, a przez wewnętrzną sekcję (4a) do pustej cylindrycznej przestrzeni (5) w osi reaktora, zamkniętej od góry i otwartej do dołu.The subject of the application is a radial reactor for conducting catalytic processes. The reactor comprises a catalytic basket (6) composed of at least two annular catalytic sections (4a, 4b) completely filled with catalyst, of equal height and a common axis, separated by an empty annular space (11), which is open at the top and closed at the bottom. The sections (4a, 4b) have perforated side walls (sidewalls) and impermeable top and bottom walls to ensure horizontal gas flow through both sections, through the outer section (4b) towards the reactor wall, and through the inner section (4a) into an empty cylindrical space (5) in the reactor axis, closed at the top and open at the bottom.
