Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest regal, majacy zastosowanie jako mebel do eksponowania ksiazek, bibelotów itp. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac regalu, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w schematach na rysunku, w widoku od czola, z boku i z góry, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono regal z lukowymi pólkami, na fig.2 z prostokatnymi pólkami, na fig.3 z owalnymi pólkami, zas na fig.4 z pólkami o lukowo wkleslej przedniej krawedzi. Regal ma wsporniki, na których zamocowane sa pólki. W przedmiotowym rozwiazaniu regal ma trzy wsporniki o zarysie zblizonym do rur metalowych, z zamknieta skosnie scieta czescia szczytowa. Dwa z tych wsporników usytuowane sa w przedniej strefie regalu, jeden centralnie w tylnej czesci. Na tych wspornikach osadzone sa w przyblizeniu w równej odleglosci pólki z przezroczystego materialu, korzystnie ze szkla. W pierwszej wersji wykonania, uwidocznionej na fig.l pólki maja zarys lukowy z wkleslym lukiem krawedzi przedniej. W nastepnej wersji wykonania, uwidocznionej na fig.2, pólki maja zarys prostokata.W kolejnej wersji wykonania, uwidocznionej na fia.3, pólki maja zarys owalu. W innej wersji wykonania, uwidocznionej na fig.4, pólki maja zarys prostokata z lukowo wklesla krawedzia przednia. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a shelf, intended for use as furniture for displaying books, trinkets, and the like. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the shelf, manifested particularly in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the diagrams in the drawing, in front, side, and top views. Figure 1 shows a shelf with arched shelves, Figure 2 with rectangular shelves, Figure 3 with oval shelves, and Figure 4 with shelves with a concave, arched front edge. The shelf has brackets on which the shelves are mounted. In the present design, the shelf has three brackets with an outline similar to metal pipes, with a closed, obliquely cut top section. Two of these brackets are located at the front of the shelf, one centrally at the rear. On these supports, shelves made of a transparent material, preferably glass, are mounted at approximately equal distances. In the first version, shown in Figure 1, the shelves have an arc-shaped outline with a concave arc on the front edge. In the next version, shown in Figure 2, the shelves have a rectangular outline. In the next version, shown in Figure 3, the shelves have an oval outline. In another version, shown in Figure 4, the shelves have a rectangular outline with a concave arc on the front edge.
