Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do wytwarzania pasty z siarki elementarnej charakteryzujące się tym, że spiralna cewka młyna (240) zawiera od 5 do 10 zwojów, przy czym cewka młyna (240) wykonana jest warstwowo z równolegle połączonych izolowanych taśm aluminiowych o grubości od 0,2 do 1 mm, przy czym liczba warstw wynosi od 10 do 20, przy czym izolacja ma postać siatki z włókna szklanego o grubości od 0,1 do 0,5 mm; kulki młyna (250) wykonane są z materiału o energii magnetycznej w zakresie od 300 do 500 kJ/m3; cewka młyna (240) przystosowana jest do zasilania przez generator impulsowy w trybie rezonansowym, przy czym impulsy mają częstotliwość rezonansową w zakresie od 1000 do 2000 Hz, a prąd ma natężenie od 100 do 200 A; cewka dozownika (271) zawiera od 5 do 10 zwojów, przy czym cewka dozownika (271) wykonana jest warstwowo z równolegle połączonych izolowanych taśm aluminiowych o grubości od 0,1 do 0,3 mm, przy czym liczba warstw wynosi od 5 do 10, przy czym izolacja ma postać siatki z włókna szklanego o grubości od 0,1 do 0,2 mm; kulki dozownika (272) są wykonane z materiału o energii magnetycznej w zakresie od 20 do 50 kJ/m3 oraz cewka dozownika (271) przystosowana jest do zasilania przez generator impulsowy, przy czym impulsy mają częstotliwość w zakresie od 20 do 50 Hz, a prąd ma natężenie od 10 do 20 A. W innym aspekcie wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania pasty z siarki elementarnej, w szczególności nadającej się do produkcji paszy dla drobiu, który jest możliwy do realizacji z wykorzystaniem tego urządzenia.The subject of the application is a device for producing paste from elemental sulfur, characterized in that a spiral mill coil (240) contains from 5 to 10 turns, wherein the mill coil (240) is made in layers of parallel-connected insulated aluminum strips with a thickness of from 0.2 to 1 mm, wherein the number of layers is from 10 to 20, wherein the insulation is in the form of a glass fiber mesh with a thickness of from 0.1 to 0.5 mm; the mill balls (250) are made of a material with a magnetic energy in the range of from 300 to 500 kJ/m3; the mill coil (240) is adapted to be powered by a pulse generator in resonant mode, wherein the pulses have a resonant frequency in the range of from 1000 to 2000 Hz and the current has an intensity of from 100 to 200 A; the dispenser coil (271) comprises from 5 to 10 turns, wherein the dispenser coil (271) is made in layers of parallel-connected insulated aluminum strips with a thickness of from 0.1 to 0.3 mm, wherein the number of layers is from 5 to 10, wherein the insulation is in the form of a glass fiber mesh with a thickness of from 0.1 to 0.2 mm; the dispenser balls (272) are made of a material with a magnetic energy in the range of from 20 to 50 kJ/m3, and the dispenser coil (271) is adapted to be powered by a pulse generator, wherein the pulses have a frequency in the range of from 20 to 50 Hz and the current has an intensity of from 10 to 20 A. In another aspect, the invention relates to a method for producing a paste of elemental sulfur, in particular suitable for the production of poultry feed, which is implementable using this device.
