Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób produkcji oczyszczonego biogazu i układ do produkcji oczyszczonego biogazu. Sposób produkcji oczyszczonego biogazu, w którym z przestrzeni nad częścią frakcji płynnej fermentatora (1) biogaz otrzymany w drodze fermentacji beztlenowej surowców odpadów organicznych przesyła się do wlotu absorbera fotokatalitycznej redukcji dwutlenku węgla (3) zasilanego energią cieplną i energią elektryczną oraz wodą. Przewodami wychodzącymi z absorbera fotokatalitycznej redukcji dwutlenku węgla (3) odprowadza się biometan i metanol. W absorberze fotokatalitycznej redukcji dwutlenku węgla (3) realizuje się proces absorbcji odpadowego CO2 ze strumienia biogazu dostarczonego z przestrzeni części frakcji płynnej fermentatora (1). Do produkcji biometanolu do absorbera fotokatalitycznej redukcji dwutlenku węgla (3) za pomocą przewodu wodnego (6) dostarcza się wodę oczyszczoną z pofermentu i odpadowego CO2 z biogazu, pochodzącą z przestrzeni części frakcji płynnej fermentatora (1). Niezbędne do odparowania metanolu otrzymanego w absorberze fotokatalitycznej redukcji dwutlenku węgla (3) ciepło dostarcza się za pomocą instalacji cieplnej (4) z agregatu kogeneracyjnego, który zasilany jest z biogazu przesyłanego przewodem biogazowym pierwszym (8) z przestrzeni części frakcji płynnej fermentatora (1). Absorber fotokatalitycznej redukcji dwutlenku węgla (3) ma wylot tlenowy (9) połączony przewodem rurowym (9a) z fermentatorem, gdzie tlen wykorzystywany jest do redukcji stężenia H2S metodą biologiczną.
