Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób określenia ryzyka zachorowania u pacjentek będących nosicielkami mutacji patogennej w genie BRCA1, charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje ilościową ocenę stężenia cynku oraz miedzi w próbce krwi pełnej u osoby badanej, przy czym stosunek stężeń cynku do miedzi w próbce krwi poniżej 6,43 wskazuje na 1,5-krotnie zwiększone ryzyko zachorowania na raka w stosunku do pacjentek ze stosunkiem stężeń cynku do miedzi powyżej 6,43.
