Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób montażu elementów zestawu konstrukcji płyt, zwłaszcza paneli fotowoltaicznych na podporach usytuowanych na trwałej podstawie oraz zestaw do realizacji tego sposobu. Zestaw do montażu konstrukcji płyt, korzystnie paneli fotowoltaicznych na podporach usytuowanych na trwałej podstawie charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go wzdłużna szyna (1) o przekroju poprzecznym zbliżonym do litery „U” z krawędziami wywiniętymi na zewnątrz przekroju, gdzie wysokość h ścian bocznych ma wielkość w przybliżeniu równą 1,35 - 1,48; korzystnie 1,42 wielkości szerokości b podstawy szyny (1), z wywiniętymi na zewnątrz krawędziami o szerokości d podstawy szyny (1) stanowiącej w przybliżeniu 0,25 - 0,30, korzystnie 0,25 szerokości b i głębokości e ścian krawędzi szyny (1) w przybliżeniu 0,12 - 2,0, korzystnie 0,16 wysokości h ścian bocznych, na których usytuowany jest kształtowy łącznik (5) w postaci płaskownika, zakończony usytuowanymi równolegle do wnętrza łącznika (5) z zewnętrznymi zaczepami i z otworem gwintowanym na zespół złączny (11), przy czym na kształtowym łączniku (5) usytuowany jest i połączony zespołem złącznym (11), korzystnie śrubowym, zaczep klemowy (10) w postaci kształtowego elementu, mający jedną skrajną półkę usytuowaną wewnątrz szyny (1) pod powierzchnią łącznika (5), a drugą skrajną półkę o zarysie zbliżonym do litery „L” połączoną ze skrajną strefą panelu fotowoltaicznego (7). Sposób montażu elementów zestawu do montażu konstrukcji fotowoltaicznych, na podporach, polega na tym, że do podpór mocuje się szynę (1), z kolei na szynę (1) nakłada się łącznik (5) zaczepami usytuowanymi pod zewnętrznymi wygięciami szyny (1), po czym w zewnętrzną szczelinę wsuwa się skrajną strefę montowanego panelu (7) i pozycjonuje zespołem złącznym (11).The subject of the application is a method of mounting elements of a panel structure set, in particular photovoltaic panels, on supports placed on a permanent base, and a kit for implementing this method. The kit for mounting panel structures, preferably photovoltaic panels, on supports placed on a permanent base is characterized in that it comprises a longitudinal rail (1) with a cross-section similar to the letter "U" with edges turned outwards of the cross-section, where the height h of the side walls is approximately equal to 1.35 - 1.48; preferably 1.42 of the width b of the rail base (1), with outwardly turned edges with a width d of the rail base (1) being approximately 0.25 - 0.30, preferably 0.25 of the width b and a depth e of the rail edge walls (1) of approximately 0.12 - 2.0, preferably 0.16 of the height h of the side walls, on which a shaped connector (5) in the form of a flat bar is located, terminated with external catches arranged parallel to the interior of the connector (5) and a threaded hole for a connecting assembly (11), wherein on the shaped connector (5) there is located and connected with a connecting assembly (11), preferably a screw one, a clamp catch (10) in the form of a shaped element, having one extreme shelf located inside the rail (1) under the surface of the connector (5), and the other extreme shelf with an outline similar to the letter "L" connected to the extreme zone of the photovoltaic panel (7). The method of assembling the elements of the kit for mounting photovoltaic structures on supports consists in attaching the rail (1) to the supports, then the connector (5) is placed on the rail (1) with hooks located under the outer bends of the rail (1), and then the outer zone of the mounted panel (7) is inserted into the outer slot and positioned with the connector assembly (11).
