Abstract

Zgłoszenie przedstawione na rysunku dotyczy urządzenia do wieloosiowych badań właściwości mechanicznych materiałów konstrukcyjnych i elementów konstrukcyjnych w układzie płaskim, zwłaszcza do wyznaczania parametrów materiałowych materiałów anizotropowych (posiadających różne właściwości mechaniczne w różnych kierunkach jego struktury) oraz materiałów z mikrostrukturą, np. materiałów plecionych i wydruków 3D, materiałów takich jak materiały biologiczne, zwłaszcza tkanki miękkie, tekstylia, siatki syntetyczne, implanty o budowie siatkowej, plecione implanty stosowane w leczeniu przepuklin brzusznych i pachwinowych u ludzi, geowłókniny i elementów konstrukcyjnych, zwłaszcza tkanin technicznych. Zgłoszenie umożliwia wywołanie obciążenia w wielu kierunkach badanej próbki materiału oraz rozciąganie/ściskanie próbki materiału w wielu kierunkach leżących w jednej płaszczyźnie. Urządzanie służy do badań materiałów - elementów/układów, które w rzeczywistości mogą pracować wieloosiowo. The application presented in the drawing concerns a device for multiaxial testing of the mechanical properties of structural materials and structural elements in a flat configuration, particularly for determining the material parameters of anisotropic materials (having different mechanical properties in different structural directions) and microstructured materials, such as woven materials and 3D prints, materials such as biological materials, especially soft tissues, textiles, synthetic meshes, mesh-structured implants, woven implants used in the treatment of abdominal and inguinal hernias in humans, geotextiles, and structural elements, especially technical fabrics. The application allows for the application of multi-directional loading of the tested material sample and the stretching/compression of the material sample in multiple directions lying in a single plane. The device is used for testing materials – elements/systems that can actually operate multi-axially.
