Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania nanoemulsji kosmetycznej, w którym w temperaturze 15°C - 80°C sporządza się poprzez mieszanie do rozpuszczenia fazę A zawierającą 20% - 80% wag. wody, 2% - 30% wag. humektantu i 0,4% wag. konserwantu, w temperaturze 15°C - 80°C sporządza się poprzez mieszanie fazę B zawierającą 5% - 30% wag. olejów okluzyjnych, 1% wag. stabilizatora, 0,1% - 15% wag. surfaktantów o niskim i wysokim HLB, przy czym zawartość procentowa składników faz A i B liczona jest łącznie, następnie w temperaturze 15°C - 80°C sporządza się poprzez mieszanie fazę C zawierającą 50% - 100% wag. wody, 2% - 15% wag. humektantu i 0,5% - 1,0% wag. substancji zagęszczającej, po czym studzi się fazę C do temperatury poniżej 40°C, następnie łączy się fazę A i fazę B i poddaje procesowi homogenizacji przy 2000 - 10000 rpm przez 5 - 30 minut, w temperaturze 15°C - 80°C, po czym połączone fazy A i B poddaje się homogenizacji wysokociśnieniowej przy ciśnieniu 50 - 200 MPa, a następnie do otrzymanej nanoemulsji faz A i B dodaje się fazę C w proporcji 1:1 i poddaje mieszaniu przez czas do 30 minut do uzyskania końcowego produktu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też nanoemulsja kosmetyczna składająca się z fazy A zawierającej 20% - 80% wag. wody, 2% - 30% wag. humektantu i 0,4% wag. konserwantu, fazy B zawierającej 5% - 30% wag. olejów okluzyjnych, 1% wag. stabilizatora, 0,1% - 15% wag. surfaktantów o niskim i wysokim HLB, przy czym zawartość procentowa składników fazy A i B liczona jest łącznie oraz fazy C zawierającej 50% - 100% wag. wody, 2% - 15% wag. humektantu i 0,5%- 1,0% wag. substancji zagęszczającej.The subject of the application is a method for obtaining a cosmetic nanoemulsion, in which at a temperature of 15°C - 80°C phase A containing 20% - 80% by weight of water, 2% - 30% by weight of humectant and 0.4% by weight of preservative is prepared by mixing until dissolution, at a temperature of 15°C - 80°C phase B containing 5% - 30% by weight of occlusive oils, 1% by weight of stabilizer, 0.1% - 15% by weight of low and high HLB surfactants is prepared by mixing, wherein the percentage of the components of phases A and B is calculated together, then at a temperature of 15°C - 80°C phase C containing 50% - 100% by weight of water, 2% - 15% by weight of humectant and 0.5% - 1.0% by weight of thickening substance, after which phase C is cooled to a temperature below 40°C, then phase A and phase B are combined and subjected to a homogenization process at 2000 - 10000 rpm for 5 - 30 minutes, at a temperature of 15°C - 80°C, after which the combined phases A and B are subjected to high-pressure homogenization at a pressure of 50 - 200 MPa, and then phase C is added to the obtained nanoemulsion of phases A and B in a 1:1 ratio and mixed for up to 30 minutes to obtain the final product. The subject of the application is also a cosmetic nanoemulsion consisting of phase A containing 20% - 80% wt. of water, 2% - 30% wt. of humectant and 0.4% wt. of preservative, phase B containing 5% - 30% wt. of occlusive oils, 1% wt. stabilizer, 0.1% - 15% by weight of low and high HLB surfactants, wherein the percentage of phase A and B components is calculated together, and phase C containing 50% - 100% by weight of water, 2% - 15% by weight of humectant and 0.5% - 1.0% by weight of thickener.
