Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania płyt budowlanych z konglomeratu skalno-polimerowego oraz płyta budowlana wytworzona tym sposobem. Sposób polega na tym, że podaje się surowce wejściowe w stanie stałym, o składzie: kreda 60,0% - 75,0% wag., polistyren 5,0% - 25,0% wag., kauczuk wysokostyrenowy 5,0% - 20,0% wag. oraz substancje pomocnicze 1÷5 % wag. Wielkość cząstek stosowanych surowców wejściowych dostarczanych do dozownika (1) nie przekracza 75 µm, a temperatura plastycznej masy tłoczonej pod ciśnieniem do głowicy szczelinowej (4) zawiera się w granicach 178°C – 210°C, zaś ciśnienie tłoczenia w granicach 4÷5 MPa. Ponadto, temperaturę plastycznej masy tłoczonej pod ciśnieniem do głowicy szczelinowej (4) dobiera się tak, aby jej lepkość dynamiczna zawierała się w zakresie od 0,97x103 do 1,03x103 Pa*s.The subject of the application is a method for manufacturing building boards from rock-polymer conglomerate and a building board produced by this method. The method involves feeding input raw materials in a solid state, with the following composition: chalk 60.0% - 75.0% by weight, polystyrene 5.0% - 25.0% by weight, high-styrene rubber 5.0% - 20.0% by weight, and auxiliary substances 1÷5% by weight. The particle size of the input raw materials used supplied to the feeder (1) does not exceed 75 µm, and the temperature of the plastic mass pressed under pressure into the slot head (4) is within the range of 178°C - 210°C, and the pressing pressure is within the range of 4÷5 MPa. Moreover, the temperature of the plastic mass pressed under pressure into the slot head (4) is selected so that its dynamic viscosity is in the range from 0.97x103 to 1.03x103 Pa*s.
