Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest obrotowy łącznik dwużyłowych przewodów elektrycznych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że umożliwia niezależny od siebie ruch obrotowy dwóch połączonych części przewodu. Istotne jest również to, że do zamknięcia obwodu prądu w dwóch częściach przewodu zastosowano rozdrobniony przewodnik.
