Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest beton asfaltowy z emulsją asfaltową, cementem i modyfikatorami polimerowymi, przeznaczony do warstwy wiążącej konstrukcji nawierzchni drogowej, zawierający w składzie mieszankę mineralną, emulsję asfaltową, cement portlandzki, proszek polimerowy, lateks karboksylo-styrenowo-butadienowy oraz wodę, który charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z kruszywa naturalnego w ilości 88% -93%, korzystnie 91,5% wagowych, emulsji asfaltowej w ilości 3,3% - 10,0% wagowych, korzystnie 5%, cementu w ilość 0,5% - 2,25%, korzystnie 1,5% wagowych, modyfikatora polimerowego w postaci redyspergowalnego proszku polimerowego, będącego termoplastycznym kopolimerem polietylenu-co-octanu winylu w ilości 0,5% - 3,0%, korzystnie 2% wagowych w stosunku do wagi mieszanki, lateksu karboksylo-styrenowo-butadienowego w ilości 0,5% - 6,0%, korzystnie 4% wagowych w stosunku do wagi asfaltu, tak aby suma udziału procentowego poszczególnych składników w mieszance wynosiła 100%.
