Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest moduł wytwarzania energii zawierający przetwornik zmian temperatury w elektryczność charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera bistabilną membranę (1), podatną na odkształcenia pod wpływem zmiany temperatury w czasie, o kształcie pofalowanym, ponadto moduł zawiera wnęki (5a) i (5b), które są połączone między sobą tunelem znajdującym się pod bistabilną membraną (1) opierającą się na brzegach poprzecznych tunelu, tak, że dno tunelu stanowi warstwa krzemu podłożowego (3), zaś sufit tunelu bistabilna membrana (1). Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zestaw modułów połączonych szeregowo lub równolegle, a także ich zastosowanie do zasilania węzłów sieci IoT.The subject of the application is a power generation module comprising a temperature change converter into electricity, characterized in that it comprises a bistable membrane (1), susceptible to deformation under the influence of temperature change over time, of a wavy shape, furthermore the module comprises cavities (5a) and (5b), which are connected to each other by a tunnel located under the bistable membrane (1) resting on the transverse edges of the tunnel, so that the bottom of the tunnel is a layer of substrate silicon (3), and the ceiling of the tunnel is a bistable membrane (1). Another subject of the application is a set of modules connected in series or in parallel, as well as their use for powering IoT network nodes.
