Abstract
Sposób sterowania przepływem płynów w układzie rozproszonym z zastosowaniem połączonych funkcjonalnie i skomunikowanych urządzeń pomiarowo-ciśnieniowych charakteryzuje się tym, że czujniki ciśnieniowe odbierają sygnały ciśnieniowe z każdej stacji ciśnieniowej (SC) ustalając odległości ciśnieniowe na poszczególnych odcinkach, a zintegrowane funkcjonalnie urządzenia ciśnieniowe dzięki wyposażeniu w system czujników i zjawisku rozprężania, regulują kierunek i intensywność (prędkości) przepływu płynów w obrębie obiektu umożliwiając adaptacyjność przepływów do zmieniających się warunków i jego oczekiwanej jakości/parametrów. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również przestawiony na rysunku sposób kalibracji adaptacyjnej urządzeń pomiarowo-ciśnieniowych.A method for controlling fluid flow in a distributed system using functionally connected and communicated pressure-measuring devices is characterized by pressure sensors receiving pressure signals from each pressure station (SC), establishing pressure distances at individual sections. Functionally integrated pressure devices, through the sensor system and expansion, regulate the direction and intensity (velocity) of fluid flow within the facility, enabling flow adaptability to changing conditions and its expected quality/parameters. The application also covers the method for adaptive calibration of pressure-measuring devices, as shown in the drawing.
