Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest barek, majacy zastosowanie jako mebel do przechowywania trunków i naczyn stolowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac barku, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w jego ksztaltach i wlasciwosci powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego uwidoczniono w schematach na rysunku, w widoku z przodu, z boku i z góry, gdzie na fig.1 przestawiono barek, zas na fig.2 przedstawiono barek z szuflada. Barek ma korpus, wewnatrz którego umocowane sa pólki. W przedmiotowym rozwiazaniu korpus ma ksztalt cylindra, skosnie scietego od góry, wykonanego korzystnie z metalu. W scianie korpus ma otwór z górna krawedzia skosna w kierunku zgodnym z kierunkiem pochylenia górnej krawedzi korpusu. Przy jednej z krawedzi otworu zamocowane sa drzwiczki lukowo wygiete, o zarysie krawedzi odpowiadajacej zarysowi otworu. Drzwiczki wykonane sa z przezroczystego materialu, korzystnie ze szkla. Wewnatrz korpusu osadzone sa pólki z przezroczystego materialu, korzystnie ze szkla, co przedstawiono na fig.1.W innej wersji wykonania, przedstawionej na fig.2, w dolnej strefie barek ma szuflade o scianie czolowej zarysem odpowiadajacej ksztaltowi zewnetrznemu korpusu barku. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bar cabinet, particularly in its shape and surface properties.
