Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół prowadzenia przetworników ślizgowych do mobilnych urządzeń pomiarowych lub kontrolnych do badania szyn kolejowych zawierający element nośny do mocowania do podwozia pojazdu pomiarowego oraz przetwornik ślizgowy, charakteryzujący się tym, że, element nośny stanowi listwa nośna (3) mocowana do pojazdu pomiarowego wzdłużnie, równolegle do powierzchni tocznej szyny (7), po której porusza się pojazd pomiarowy, przy czym do listwy nośnej (3) są przymocowane prostopadle wsporniki prowadzące (1) skierowane w stronę powierzchni tocznej szyny (7). Każda para wsporników prowadzących (1) posiada osadzony w ich dolnych końcach blok przetworników ślizgowych (2), zlokalizowany wzdłużnie nad powierzchnią toczną szyny (7). Odległość H listwy nośnej (3) od powierzchni tocznej szyny (7) wynosi co najmniej 40 mm.The subject of the application is a sliding transducer guiding assembly for mobile measuring or control devices for testing railway rails, comprising a supporting element for mounting to the chassis of a measuring vehicle and a sliding transducer, characterized in that the supporting element is a supporting strip (3) mounted to the measuring vehicle longitudinally, parallel to the running surface of the rail (7) on which the measuring vehicle moves, wherein guide brackets (1) are attached perpendicularly to the supporting strip (3) and directed towards the running surface of the rail (7). Each pair of guide brackets (1) has a sliding transducer block (2) mounted at their lower ends, located longitudinally above the running surface of the rail (7). The distance H of the supporting strip (3) from the running surface of the rail (7) is at least 40 mm.
