Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zastosowanie preparatu enzymatycznego uzyskanego z wyselekcjonowanych szczepów Trichoderma reesei zawierającego enzym o aktywności celulolitycznej 1500 NCU/g w celu zmiany aromatu piwa chmielonego na zimno po zakończonym procesie jego fermentacji. Zastosowanie preparatu enzymatycznego uzyskanego z wyselekcjonowanych szczepów Trichoderma reesei zawierającego enzym o aktywności celulolitycznej 1500 NCU/g oraz enzym o aktywności β-glukozydazy uzyskany z wyselekcjonowanych szczepσw Aspergillus niger 1500 BGDU/g w celu zmiany aromatu piwa chmielonego na zimno po zakoρczonym procesie jego fermentacji.
