Abstract

The subject of the application is a biosensor for specific determination of mesothelin in body fluids and tissue homogenates using the Imaging version of the matrix surface plasmon resonance technique, which consists of a glass plate (1) covered with a gold layer (3) on a titanium substrate (3) and a polymer mesh (4) forming a cluster of active sites containing a receptor layer, which is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specific for mesothelin (6), immobilized on the gold surface (3), wherein the antibody (6) is connected by a covalent bond via a cysteamine linker (5).
