Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do formowania i obrabiania kompozytowych elementów w kształcie brył obrotowych, ma łoże (1) z elementami mocująco-obrotowymi (2, 3) rdzenia do formowania elementów w kształcie brył obrotowych. Przy czym jeden z elementów mocująco-obrotowych (2) jest zamocowany w stałym położeniu w łożu (1), zaś drugi element mocująco-obrotowy (3) zamocowany jest przesuwnie wzdłuż łoża (1). Korzystnie, gdy stały element mocująco-obrotowy (2) stanowi uchwyt tokarski. Położenie przesuwnego elementu (3) jest blokowane w położeniu roboczym. Korzystnie, gdy przesuwny element mocująco-obrotowy (3) stanowi konik tokarski. Innym korzystnym rozwiązaniem jest, gdy przesuwny element mocująco-obrotowy (3) stanowi trzyszczękowy uchwyt tokarski. Łoże zawiera szyny wózka (4) żurawika (5) przesuwanego wzdłuż łoża (1).The subject of the application is a device for forming and processing composite elements in the shape of solids of revolution, it has a bed (1) with fastening and rotation elements (2, 3) of the core for forming elements in the shape of solids of revolution.
