Abstract
Zgłoszenie ujawnia sposób otrzymywania molekularnie wdrukowywanych polimerów selektywnych wobec metolachloru polegający na tym, że jako monomery funkcyjne stosuje się N-izopropyloakryloamid (NIPAM) oraz akrylamid, natomiast jako środek sieciujący stosuje się N,N'-metylenobis(akrylamid), przy czym stosunek wagowy monomerów funkcyjnych NIPAM: akrylamid wynosi 1,21:1, a ilość środka sieciującego w mieszaninie polimeryzacyjnej wynosi 33% wag., natomiast jako środka porotwórczego używa się wody w ilości 91% wag. w stosunku do ilości zastosowanych monomerów, przy czym inicjatorem polimeryzacji jest nadsiarczan amonu (APS), a ko-inicjatorem N,N,N',N'-tetrametyloetylenodiamina (TEMED), odpowiednio 2,8% i 1,1% wag, w stosunku do ilości monomerów i tak w pierwszym etapie syntezy polimerów z odciskiem molekularnym odważono odpowiednie ilości monomerów funkcyjnych i środka sieciującego i do tak powstałej mieszaniny dodaje się wodnego roztworu S-metolachloru całość ogrzewa się 40°C, w celu szybszego rozpuszczenia się N,N'-metylenobis(akrylamidu), przy czym mieszaninę reakcyjną przed polimeryzacją przedmuchuje się argonem, a następnie dodaje się układ katalityczny i otrzymuje się wdrukowane polimery.
