Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy elektrody mieszającej oraz sposobu jej wytwarzania. Elektroda mieszająca według wynalazku jest przeznaczona do zastosowania w procesach wytopu szkła, służąc do jednoczesnego nagrzewania zestawu szklarskiego i wprowadzania do niego gazu pod ciśnieniem w celu zapewnienia optymalnego wymieszania stopionego zestawu szklarskiego w piecu. Elektroda według wynalazku zawiera korpus (1) wykonany jest z materiału przewodzącego prąd elektryczny, z co najmniej jednym przelotowym otworem rozciągającym się wzdłuż osi podłużnej elektrody mieszającej i co najmniej jednym kanałem transportowym płynu (7) dla wymuszenia ruchu stopionego szkła przez strumień pęcherzy gazowych. We wspomnianym co najmniej jednym przelotowym otworze umieszczony jest co najmniej jeden element wypełniający (2) ograniczający częściowo pole przekroju przelotowego otworu, przy czym wspomniany co najmniej jeden kanał transportowy płynu (7) jest utworzony pomiędzy korpusem (1) a elementem wypełniającym (2) i/albo pomiędzy co najmniej dwoma elementami wypełniającymi (2).The application relates to a mixing electrode and a method of producing the same. The mixing electrode according to the invention is intended for use in glass melting processes, serving to simultaneously heat a glass batch and introduce gas under pressure into it in order to ensure optimum mixing of the molten glass batch in the furnace. The electrode according to the invention comprises a body (1) made of an electrically conductive material, with at least one through hole extending along the longitudinal axis of the mixing electrode and at least one fluid transport channel (7) for forcing the movement of the molten glass through a stream of gas bubbles. In said at least one through hole there is placed at least one filling element (2) partially limiting the cross-sectional area of the through hole, wherein said at least one fluid transport channel (7) is formed between the body (1) and the filling element (2) and/or between at least two filling elements (2).
