Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mechanizm wychylania tablic reklamowych, i ich odchylania, i ich podnoszenia, i ich rozsuwania, który zawiera słup (1), do którego zamocowany jest silnik elektryczny (2). Charakteryzuje się on tym, że na wale silnika elektrycznego (2), ułożonego równolegle do słupa (1) zamocowane jest pierwsze zewnętrzne koło zębate zazębione z wewnętrznym kołem zębatym (4), w osi którego znajduje się słup (1). Wewnętrzne koło zębate (4) połączone jest nieobrotowo swoją górną podstawą z dolną podstawą pierwszej tulei (5) ułożyskowanej na słupie (1), której górna podstawa połączona jest z dolną podstawą tulei krzywkowej (6), w osi której znajduje się słup (1). Górna powierzchnia tulei krzywkowej (6) jest powierzchnią krzywkową, z którą styka się powierzchnia boczna pręta (7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4). Na jego pierwszym końcu zamocowana jest na stałe/przesuwnie tablica reklamowa (8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4). Drugi koniec pręta (7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4) zamocowany jest za pomocą zawiasu znajdującego się w tulei mocującej (9), która zamocowana jest nieobrotowo na słupie (1). Słup (1) zamocowany jest w podstawie (10) mechanizmu posiadającej dwa równoległe ramiona, pomiędzy którymi zamocowany jest uchylnie uchwyt (11), który połączony jest z podstawą (10) za pomocą trzpieni (11.1, 11.2), zamocowanych współosiowo w bocznych ścianach uchwytu (11) i zamocowanych obrotowo w otworach znajdujących się w podstawie (10), tudzież do bocznej ściany podstawy (10) zamocowany jest drugi silnik elektryczny (12) z wałem znajdującym się w wybraniu ściany bocznej podstawy (10), przy czym do wału drugiego silnika elektrycznego (12) zamocowane jest koło ze znajdującym się od strony jego podstawy trzpieniem, ułożonym niewspółosiowo do osi koła, natomiast trzpień znajduje się w rowku prowadzącym znajdującym się w ścianie bocznej uchwytu (11), zaś dłuższe ściany rowka prowadzącego są ułożone wzdłuż osi dolnego słupa (1). Podstawa (10) zamocowana jest za pomocą siłownika i słupów prowadzących (16) do drugiej podstawy (16).The subject of the application is a mechanism for tilting and tilting advertising boards, and lifting and extending them, which comprises a pole (1) to which an electric motor (2) is attached. It is characterized in that a first external gear wheel is attached to the shaft of the electric motor (2) arranged parallel to the pole (1) and meshed with an internal gear wheel (4), in the axis of which the pole (1) is located. The internal gear wheel (4) is connected non-rotatably by its upper base to the lower base of the first sleeve (5) mounted on the pole (1), the upper base of which is connected to the lower base of the cam sleeve (6), in the axis of which the pole (1) is located. The upper surface of the cam sleeve (6) is a cam surface with which the side surface of the rod (7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4) is in contact. At its first end, an advertising board (8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4) is permanently/slidably mounted. The other end of the rod (7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4) is mounted using a hinge located in the mounting sleeve (9), which is mounted non-rotatable on the pole (1). The pole (1) is mounted in the base (10) of the mechanism having two parallel arms, between which a handle (11) is pivotally mounted, which is connected to the base (10) by means of pins (11.1, 11.2), mounted coaxially in the side walls of the handle (11) and rotatably mounted in the holes in the base (10), and a second electric motor (12) is mounted to the side wall of the base (10) with a shaft located in a recess in the side wall of the base (10), and a wheel with a pin located on the side of its base, arranged non-coaxially to the wheel axis, is mounted to the shaft of the second electric motor (12), while the pin is located in a guide groove located in the side wall of the handle (11), and the longer walls of the guide groove are arranged along the axis of the lower pole (1). The base (10) is attached to the second base (16) by means of an actuator and guide posts (16).
