Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe izolaty glebowe oraz ich konsorcjum zdolne do degradacji diflufenikanu, które charakteryzują się tym, że wyizolowane i zidentyfikowane cztery szczepy bakterii — Pseudomonas sp. 10Kp8 – A1, Pseudomonas chlororaphis subsp. aureofaciens szczep B19 - A2, Pseudomonas baetica szczep JZY4-9 – C1 oraz Streptomyces atratus szczep ROA017 – D1, zdeponowane w Polskiej Kolekcji Mikroorganizmów we Wrocławiu w Polsce, pod numerami dostępu B/00479, B/00480, B/00481, B/00482, przyspieszają degradację diflufenikanu, karboksamidowego herbicydu, w hodowli płynnej oraz w glebie, zaś szczep D1 posiada najwyższą degradację diflufenikanu w hodowli płynnej — 70,1% (po 21 dniach) i w glebie - 79% (po 28 dniach), a mieszanina bakterii posiada degradację — 74,4% w hodowli płynnej oraz 82,2% w glebie.
