Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest grzejnik, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do instalowania w systemach centralnego ogrzewania pomieszczen uzytkowych. Grzejnik wedlug wzoru odznacza sie oryginalna budowa, charakteryzujaca sie ukladem kolektorów doprowadzajacych, pionowych elementów grzejnych i rurek poziomych. Pionowe kolektory doprowadzajace maja ksztalt przecietego wzdluz osi walca natomiast umieszczone pomiedzy nimi pionowe elementy grzejne maja ksztalt splaszczonej elipsy, przy czym w zaleznosci od odmiany wzoru tworza otwarte lub zamkniete z obu stron bryly. Elementy pionowe grzejnika polaczone sa co najmniej dwoma poziomymi rurkami. Odmiany przemyslowego: 1. Grzejnik z pionowymi elementami grzejnymi w postaci otwartej bryly, jak pokazano na rysunku, w widoku od góry - fig. la, w widoku z przodu - fig. 1b. 2. Grzejnik z pionowymi elementami grzejnymi w postaci zamknietej bryly, jak pokazano na rysunku, w widoku od góry - fig. 2a, w widoku z przodu - fig. 2b. 3. Grzejnik z trzema rurkami poziomymi, jak pokazano na rysunku, w widoku z przodu - fig. 3. 4. Grzejnik z czterema rurkami poziomymi, jak pokazano na rysunku, w widoku z przodu - fig. 4. 5. Grzejnik z piecioma rurkami poziomymi, jak pokazano na rysunku, w widoku z przodu - fig. 5.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Grzejnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pionowe kolektory doprowadzajace maja ksztalt przecietego wzdluz osi walca, natomiast umieszczone pomiedzy nimi pionowe elementy grzejne maja ksztalt splaszczonej elipsy, przy czym w zaleznosci od odmiany wzoru tworza otwarte lub zamkniete z obu stron bryly. Elementy pionowe grzejnika polaczone sa co najmniej dwoma poziomymi rurkami. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru grzejnik ma pionowe elementy grzejne w postaci otwartej bryly. W drugiej odmianie wzoru grzejnik ma pionowe elementy grzejne w postaci zamknietej bryly. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru grzejnik ma trzy poziome rurki laczace rozmieszczone w jednakowych odleglosciach. W czwartej odmianie wzoru grzejnik ma cztery poziome rurki laczace rozmieszczone w jednakowych odleglosciach. The radiator, as designed, features a unique design, characterized by an arrangement of supply manifolds, vertical heating elements, and horizontal tubes. The vertical supply manifolds are cylindrical in shape, while the vertical heating elements placed between them are flattened ellipses. Depending on the design, they form a solid body open or closed on both sides. The vertical elements of the radiator are connected by at least two horizontal tubes. Industrial design variants: 1. A radiator with vertical heating elements in the form of an open body, as shown in the drawing: top view - Fig. 1a, front view - Fig. 1b. 2. A radiator with vertical heating elements in the form of a closed body, as shown in the drawing, top view - Fig. 2a, front view - Fig. 2b. 3. A radiator with three horizontal tubes, as shown in the drawing, front view - Fig. 3. 4. A radiator with four horizontal tubes, as shown in the drawing, front view - Fig. 4. 5. A radiator with five horizontal tubes, as shown in the drawing, front view - Fig. 5. Essential features of the industrial design A radiator according to the industrial design is characterized in that the vertical supply collectors have the shape of a cylinder cut along the axis, while the vertical heating elements placed between them have the shape of a flattened ellipse, and, depending on the design variant, they form a body that is open or closed on both sides. The vertical elements of the radiator are connected by at least two horizontal tubes. In the first design variant, the radiator has vertical heating elements in the form of an open block. In the second design variant, the radiator has vertical heating elements in the form of a closed block. In the third design variant, the radiator has three horizontal connecting tubes spaced at equal distances. In the fourth design variant, the radiator has four horizontal connecting tubes spaced at equal distances.
