Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób oczyszczania ścieków garbarskich z odpadów poprodukcyjnych z pozostałości poprodukcyjnych frakcji płynnej, ścieków z produkcji skór oraz redukcja w nich zawartości chemicznego zapotrzebowania tlenu, biochemicznego zapotrzebowania tlenu oraz chromu, który polega na tym, że w wirówce (4) oddzielana jest frakcja stała od frakcji płynnej, a w układzie filtracji ścieków garbarskich są dwie niezależne obudowy (15, 16) filtracyjne umożliwiające jednocześnie użycie dwóch membran ceramicznych o różnej granicy rozdziału membrany, przy czym mieszaninę ścieków rozdziela się z wykorzystaniem membran ceramicznych o rozdziale frakcji o wielkości cząstek stałych na poziomie 1 mm o granicznej masie molowej w zakresie 300-1000 kD i dla cząstek stałych na poziomie 0,5 mm o granicznej masie molowej w zakresie 15-300 kD.The subject of the application is a method of purifying tannery wastewater from production waste from production residues of the liquid fraction, wastewater from leather production and reducing the content of chemical oxygen demand, biochemical oxygen demand and chromium in them, which consists in separating the solid fraction from the liquid fraction in a centrifuge (4), and in the filtration system of tannery wastewater there are two independent filter housings (15, 16) enabling the simultaneous use of two ceramic membranes with different membrane separation limits, wherein the wastewater mixture is separated using ceramic membranes with a separation of fractions for solid particles at the level of 1 mm with a molar mass limit in the range of 300-1000 kD and for solid particles at the level of 0.5 mm with a molar mass limit in the range of 15-300 kD.
