Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kotew do mocowania elementów mocujących szyny do podkładu, składająca się z główki połączonej obszarem przejściowym z trzonem mającym przekrój o takim samym kształcie na całej jego długości, przy czym obszar przejściowy jest zawarty między miejscem, w którym główka ma największą szerokość, a górnym końcem trzonu połączonych w jedną całość. Główka co najmniej na jednej swej głównej powierzchni ma wybranie przebiegające wzdłuż górnej krawędzi, z utworzeniem zmniejszenia grubości główki (1) i/lub ma wybranie w swej górnej części, usytuowane pomiędzy głównymi powierzchniami.
