Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zacisk uszka lewego przedsionka serca składający się z dwóch szczęk dociskowych zamocowanych do wspólnego elementu sprężystego w postaci co najmniej jednego kabłąka, który utrzymuje je w stałej odległości między sobą i gdzie wspomniany co najmniej jeden kabłąk stanowi wycięty kołnierz, którego każdy koniec jest połączony ze szczęką dociskową, charakteryzujący się tym, że każda ze szczęk dociskowych (3) składa się z prostej części przykabłąkowej (3a), która przechodzi kolejno w część promienia (3b) ze zgięciem, za którym zlokalizowane jest zakończenie szczęki (3c), przy czym wspomniane zgięcie w części promienia (3b) stanowi zgięcie w co najmniej wzdłuż pierwszej osi wzdłużnej względem prostej części przykabłąkowej (3a). Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest dedykowany aplikator do mocowania zacisku oraz zestaw do zamykania i izolacji elektrycznej uszka lewego przedsionka serca, składający się z zacisku uszka lewego oraz z aplikatora według wynalazku.
