Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest słomka do płukania jamy ustnej z materiału biodegradowalnego, która ma formę elementu rurkowego (1) z umieszczonym wewnątrz wkładem (2), który stanowi środek do płukania jamy ustnej w postaci pastylki lub pastylek, których sumaryczna objętość jest nie większa niż 95% całkowitej objętości elementu rurkowego (1). Szerokość każdej pastylki w przekroju poprzecznym elementu rurkowego (1) jest mniejsza od średnicy wewnętrznej elementu rurkowego (1). Ścianki wewnętrzne elementu rurkowego (1) w części wgniecionej (4) od strony końca elementu rurkowego (1) stykają się ze sobą i zaopatrzone są w poprzeczne, przelotowe otwory (5). Element rurkowy (1) zaopatrzony jest w zewnętrzną, cylindryczną osłonę zaciskową (6) części wgniecionych (4).
