Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest folia z politereftalanu etylenu w szczególności mający zastosowanie w formowania próżniowego opakowań do żywności. Folia z politereftalanu etylenu wykonana jest z co najmniej 98% politereftalanu etylenu z recyklingu oraz co najwyżej 2% przedłużacza łańcucha polimeru, w szczególności kopolimeru zwiększającego lepkość.
