Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zdecelularyzowana macierz uzyskana z tkanki tarczycy, mająca postać pozbawionego komórek rusztowania komórkowego (tzw. scaffold) oraz sposób jej otrzymywania. Uzyskany materiał ze względu na swoje unikalne właściwości powinien znaleźć zastosowanie w medycynie, zwłaszcza regeneracyjnej oraz inżynierii tkankowej.
