Abstract

The subject of the application is an aptamer capable of specifically detecting manganese ions, which has the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ.ID NO.1. An aptasensor having an affinity for manganese ions Mn2+, which comprises a gold working electrode (1) covered with a receptor layer (2) containing aptamers (3) and filler molecules (4) and an anionic label (5) contained in solution. A method for obtaining an aptasensor comprising the step of forming a receptor layer (2) by incubating gold electrodes (1) in an aptamer solution (3) for 2 hours and a step b) of incubating with a filler solution (4) for 1 hour to eliminate non-specific interactions on the electrode surface. Use of aptamers as a receptor layer of a biosensor for selective detection of manganese ions in situ by means of electrochemical techniques.
