Abstract
Smoczek ma postać elastycznej, obrotowej i pustej w środku bryły, zawierającej część w postaci sferycznej kopuły (2) oraz część cylindryczną (3) podającą pokarm do ust niemowlęcia, ulokowaną centralnie na szczycie kopuły (2) i wyposażoną na swym szczycie w wylot pokarmu. Kopuła (2) ma środki łączące ją z pojemnikiem na pokarm, ulokowane poniżej dolnego skraju (7) tej kopuły (2). Zewnętrzną powierzchnię kopuły (2) stanowi odcinek sfery, mieszczącej się między górnym okręgiem (6), stanowiącym górny skraj sferycznej kopuły (2) a dolnym okręgiem (7), stanowiącym dolny skraj sferycznej kopuły (2), przy czym oba okręgi (6, 7) leżą na powierzchni sferycznej i są do siebie równoległe. Grubość ścianki (8) sferycznej kopuły (2) w rejonie jej dolnego skraju (7) maleje płynnie w kierunku górnego skraju (6) tej kopuły. Zewnętrzną powierzchnię smoczka łączącą górny skraj (6) sferycznej kopuły (2) z dolnym skrajem części cylindrycznej (3) wyznacza tworząca w postaci odcinka okręgu. Tworząca ta leży w płaszczyźnie pionowej i jest styczna do zewnętrznej powierzchni sferycznej kopuły (2) i do zewnętrznej powierzchni części cylindrycznej (3). Grubość ścianki (10) smoczka (1) w obszarze powyżej górnego skraju (6) sferycznej kopuły (2) jest zasadniczo stała. Na wewnętrznej powierzchni części cylindrycznej (3) znajdują się wypustki o wysokości zasadniczo równej grubości ścianki smoczka w tym obszarze. W zewnętrznej powierzchni sferycznej kopuły (2) znajduje się zagłębienie wypełnione elastyczną pierścieniową wkładką. Zewnętrzna powierzchnia tej wkładki zlicowana jest z zewnętrzną powierzchnią sferycznej kopuły (2). Wspomniana wkładka wykonana jest z elastycznego tworzywa o twardości z zakresu 10 do 30 według skali A. Shore'a, zaś twardość tworzywa, z którego wykonane są pozostałe części (2, 3) smoczka jest dwukrotnie większa niż twardość materiału wkładki.The teat has the form of a flexible, rotatable and hollow solid, comprising a part in the form of a spherical dome (2) and a cylindrical part (3) feeding food into the infant's mouth, located centrally at the top of the dome (2) and equipped at its top with a food outlet. The dome (2) has means connecting it to a food container, located below the lower edge (7) of the dome (2). The outer surface of the dome (2) is a section of a sphere, located between the upper circle (6), constituting the upper edge of the spherical dome (2) and the lower circle (7), constituting the lower edge of the spherical dome (2), where both circles (6, 7) lie on the spherical surface and are parallel to each other. The thickness of the wall (8) of the spherical dome (2) in the region of its lower edge (7) decreases smoothly towards the upper edge (6) of the dome. The outer surface of the teat connecting the upper edge (6) of the spherical dome (2) with the lower edge of the cylindrical part (3) is defined by a generating line in the form of a segment of a circle. This generating line lies in a vertical plane and is tangent to the outer surface of the spherical dome (2) and to the outer surface of the cylindrical part (3). The thickness of the wall (10) of the teat (1) in the region above the upper edge (6) of the spherical dome (2) is substantially constant. On the inner surface of the cylindrical part (3) there are projections with a height substantially equal to the thickness of the teat wall in this region. In the outer surface of the spherical dome (2) there is a recess filled with a flexible annular insert. The outer surface of this insert is flush with the outer surface of the spherical dome (2). The mentioned insert is made of a flexible material with a hardness ranging from 10 to 30 on the A. Shore scale, while the hardness of the material from which the remaining parts (2, 3) of the teat are made is twice as hard as the hardness of the insert material.
