Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest konstrukcja elektrycznych inicjatorów zapłonu EIZ do zastosowań specjalnych, o powtarzalnym impulsie odpalania, ze zintegrowaną, zaprasowaną podsypką prochową. Dla realizacji EIZ przyjęto założenia odnoszące się do istotnego elementu silnika rakietowego, pozwalającego na niezawodne, powtarzalne przeprowadzenie zapłonu paliwa w silnikach korekcyjnych rakiety. Istotą proponowanego rozwiązania dot. zespołów zapalczych jest zastosowanie precyzyjnej konstrukcji elementu pirotechnicznego z użyciem mostków oporowych Ni-Cr lub/i układów rezystorowych typu SMD wraz z elementem bezpieczeństwa. Całość tworzy zintegrowany system inicjująco-zapalający. Elektryczny inicjator zapłonu składa się z łuski z otworem pojedynczym lub podwójnym, płytki metalowej z odpowiednią ilością otworów, płytki PCB, na której montowane (np. lutowane) są elementy zespołu zapalczego (układ SMD-ESD), osadzonej na kleju chemoutwardzalnym np. poliuretanowym w dolnej części łuski. Taki układ zawiera masę inicjującą zapłon w układzie z masą zapalczą, prochem czarnym, zaprasowanym w ładunku głównym zapłonnika z nałożoną pokrywką paliwową, prasowaną i zaciskaną na krawędzi łuski, opcjonalnie pokrytą warstwą lakieru hermetyzującego wyrób. EIZ w wersji z przewodami wyprowadzeń w formie pinów lub pojedynczej skrętki. Znamienne tym, że zintegrowano system inicjująco—zapalający, tj. zespół zapalczy z podsypką prochową.The subject of the application presented in the drawing is the design of electric ignition initiators EIZ for special applications, with a repeatable firing impulse, with an integrated, pressed-in powder bed. For the implementation of EIZ, assumptions were made relating to an important element of the rocket engine, allowing for reliable, repeatable ignition of the fuel in the rocket's correction engines. The essence of the proposed solution regarding ignition assemblies is the use of a precise design of the pyrotechnic element using Ni-Cr resistance bridges and/or SMD resistor systems together with a safety element. The whole creates an integrated initiation and ignition system. The electric ignition initiator consists of a shell with a single or double hole, a metal plate with an appropriate number of holes, a PCB board on which the elements of the ignition assembly (SMD-ESD system) are mounted (e.g. soldered), mounted on a chemically hardened adhesive, e.g. polyurethane in the lower part of the shell. Such a system contains a mass initiating ignition in a system with an igniter mass, black powder, pressed into the main charge of the igniter with a fuel cap applied, pressed and clamped on the edge of the shell, optionally covered with a layer of varnish encapsulating the product. EIZ in a version with lead wires in the form of pins or a single twisted pair. Characterized by the fact that the initiating-igniting system has been integrated, i.e. an igniter assembly with powder ballast.
