Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania bioaktywnej powłoki z kwasu foliowego na powierzchni porowatych implantów do regeneracji kości gąbczastej metodą zanurzeniową charakteryzujący się tym, że umieszcza się implant w roztworze powłokotwórczym, który stanowi wodny roztwór kwasu foliowego i wodorowęglanu sodu. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest powłoka implantu wytworzona sposobem według wynalazku, jak również implant z powłoką wytworzoną sposobem według wynalazku.The subject of the application is a method of producing a bioactive coating of folic acid on the surface of porous implants for the regeneration of cancellous bone using the immersion method, characterized by placing the implant in a coating solution, which is an aqueous solution of folic acid and sodium bicarbonate.
