Abstract
Urządzenie do kontrolowania stopnia zużycia dyszy oraz elektrody w przecinarce plazmowej, zamontowane poprzez adapter mocujący bezpośrednio do palnika przecinarki plazmowej, charakteryzują się tym, że stanowiący część łożyskującą nieruchomy adapter mocujący (1) zaopatrzony jest w posiadającą kształt koła przelotową obręcz utrzymującą (2) i połączony jest za pośrednictwem łożyska z będącym częścią łożyskowaną i posiadającym kształt litery L ruchomym ramieniem (4), wyposażonym w swoim wnętrzu w scalony z łożyskiem serwosilnik, zapewniający ruch obrotowy o 90° ramienia (4) względem adaptera mocującego (1), przy czym na krótszej krawędzi (4a) ramienia (4) znajduje się aparat rejestrujący obraz (6) oraz automatyczne oświetlenie pomocnicze (7), natomiast na dłuższej krawędzi (4b) ramienia (4) umiejscowiony jest zespół diod informacyjnych (8), jednocześnie serwosilnik, aparat rejestrujący obraz (6) oraz zespół diod informacyjnych (8) połączone są z umiejscowionym we wnętrzu ramienia (4), stanowiącym komputer z możliwością komunikacji bezprzewodowej modułem sterującym, równocześnie adapter mocujący (1) zaopatrzony jest w stanowiące złącze gniazdo zasilające (10) podłączone do modułu sterującego.A device for monitoring the degree of wear of the nozzle and electrode in a plasma cutter, mounted via a mounting adapter directly to the torch of the plasma cutter, is characterized in that the stationary mounting adapter (1), which is a bearing part, is provided with a wheel-shaped holding hoop (2) and is connected via a bearing to a movable arm (4), which is a bearing part and has an L-shaped shape, and is equipped inside with a servo motor integrated with the bearing, ensuring 90° rotation of the arm (4) in relation to the mounting adapter (1), wherein on the shorter edge (4a) of the arm (4) there is an image recording camera (6) and automatic auxiliary lighting (7), while on the longer edge (4b) of the arm (4) there is a set of information diodes (8), at the same time the servo motor, the image recording camera (6) and the set of information diodes (8) are connected to a control module located inside the arm (4), which is a computer with the possibility of wireless communication, at the same time the mounting adapter (1) is provided with which is a power socket connector (10) connected to the control module.
