Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do wytwarzania biodegradowalnych wymiennych elementów energochłonnych pochłaniających energię poprzez plastyczne fałdowanie, wyposażone w przymocowany do stołu ruchomego wtryskarki podzespół ruchomy (1), składający się z talerza centrującego (2) ruchomej płyty chwytowej (3), płyty dolnej (4) i zespołu stempla (5) oraz przymocowany do stołu nieruchomego podzespół matrycowy (6), składający się z talerza centrującego (2), podstawy nieruchomej (7), osadzonej w niej tulei wtryskowej (8), układu zasilającego (9) oraz płyty matrycowej (10) charakteryzujące się tym, że układ zasilający (9) stanowi płyta oporowa (11) i wielotorowa płyta dystrybucyjna (12) doprowadzająca tworzywo w miejsce wtrysku za pomocą zimnych kanałów (13) zakończonych stożkami dystrybucyjnymi (14), zaś zespół stempla (5) składa się z płyty pozycjonującej (15), stałego zespołu mocującego (16), do którego mocowane są stemple nieruchome (17) i ruchomego zespołu mocującego (18), do którego mocowane są stemple ruchome (19). Stemple ruchome (19) mocowane są ciasno-suwliwie względem wszystkich podzespołów stałego zespołu mocującego (16) oraz stempli nieruchomych (17). Stały zespół mocujący (16) składa się płyty uszczelniającej (20), płyty prowadzącej (21) oraz płyty mocującej (22). Ruchomy zespół mocujący (18) składa się z dociągu (23) stempli ruchomych (19), płyty dociskowej (24) oraz tulei posuwowej (25), do której przymocowany jest zespół napędowy wtryskarki.The subject of the application is a device for manufacturing biodegradable replaceable energy-absorbing elements absorbing energy through plastic folding, equipped with a movable subassembly (1) attached to the movable table of the injection molding machine, consisting of a centering plate (2), a movable gripping plate (3), a bottom plate (4) and a punch assembly (5) and a matrix subassembly (6) attached to the fixed table, consisting of a centering plate (2), a fixed base (7), an injection sleeve (8) mounted therein, a supply system (9) and a matrix plate (10) characterized in that the supply system (9) consists of a backing plate (11) and a multi-track distribution plate (12) feeding the material to the injection site by means of cold channels (13) terminated with distribution cones (14), and the punch assembly (5) consists of a positioning plate (15), a fixed mounting assembly (16) to which the punches are attached. (17) and a movable clamping unit (18), to which the movable punches (19) are fastened. The movable punches (19) are fastened tightly and slidably in relation to all components of the fixed clamping unit (16) and the fixed punches (17). The fixed clamping unit (16) consists of a sealing plate (20), a guiding plate (21) and a clamping plate (22). The movable clamping unit (18) consists of a tensioner (23) of the movable punches (19), a pressure plate (24) and a feed sleeve (25), to which the injection molding machine drive unit is fastened.
