Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przenośne urządzenie do nanoszenia oznaczeń na czoło kłody drewna posiadające korpus, do którego zamocowany jest zespół głowicy roboczej sterowany numerycznie, zawierający wózki (2.1, 2.4, 2.9), zespoły łożysk ślizgowych (2.2, 2.12) osadzonych na prowadnicach liniowych (2.3, 2.8, 2.13), śruby napędowe (2.5, 2.10, 2.15) połączonych z silnikami krokowymi (2.6, 2.15), przy czym do zespołu głowicy roboczej zamocowane jest narzędzie obróbcze. Silniki krokowe (2.6, 2.15) połączone są z modułem sterującym. Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że moduł sterujący podłączony jest do elektrycznego generatora kodów połączonego z satelitarnym systemem nawigacyjnym. Opcjonalnie narzędziem obróbczym jest frez (6.1.1) albo wiertło (6.2.1) zamocowany we wrzecionie (6.1.2, 6.2.2) podłączonym do wału silnika elektrycznego (6.1.3, 6.2.3) albo jest głowica laserowa. Dodatkowo wskazane jest, gdy na czołowej powierzchni platformy znajduje się kolec.The subject of the application is a portable device for applying markings to the front of a log of wood, having a body to which a numerically controlled working head assembly is attached, containing carriages (2.1, 2.4, 2.9), slide bearing assemblies (2.2, 2.12) mounted on linear guides (2.3, 2.8, 2.13), drive screws (2.5, 2.10, 2.15) connected to stepper motors (2.6, 2.15), wherein a machining tool is attached to the working head assembly. The stepper motors (2.6, 2.15) are connected to a control module. The device is characterized in that the control module is connected to an electric code generator connected to a satellite navigation system. Optionally, the machining tool is a milling cutter (6.1.1) or a drill (6.2.1) mounted in a spindle (6.1.2, 6.2.2) connected to the shaft of the electric motor (6.1.3, 6.2.3) or a laser head. Additionally, it is advisable if there is a spike on the front surface of the platform.
