Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kołnierz przepuszczalny oraz sposób jego montażu wokół okna dachowego. Kołnierz paroprzepuszczalny zbudowany z czterech elementów, przeznaczonych do przylegania do odpowiedniego ramiaka okna dachowego, przy czym elementy kołnierza to dwa elementy boczne (1) plisowane, element górny (2) i element dolny (3), oraz elementy boczne (1) kołnierza są równoległe względem siebie, a elementy górny (2) i dolny (3) są równoległe względem siebie ale prostopadłe względem elementów bocznych (1), elementy boczne (1) i element górny (2) definiują długość kołnierza, a elementy górny i dolny definiują szerokość kołnierza, przy czym element górny (2) i element dolny (3) posiadają wysokość, biegnącą od ich krawędzi zewnętrznej do krawędzi wewnętrznej, a elementy boczne (1) posiadają szerokość także biegnąca od ich krawędzi zewnętrznej do krawędzi wewnętrznej oraz elementy kołnierza ograniczają otwór wewnętrzny dla okna dachowego (4), kołnierz posiada także kilka linii gięcia za pomocą których kołnierz przyjmuje pozycje pośrednie aż do pozycji złożonej, charakteryzujący się tym, że kołnierz posiada pierwszą linię gięcia (I) biegnącą wzdłuż długości kołnierza, prowadzącą do pierwszej pozycji pośredniej, oraz pierwsza linia gięcia (I) biegnie w połowie szerokości kołnierza, co najmniej jedną, drugą linię gięcia (II) biegnącą wzdłuż wysokości elementu dolnego (3) kołnierza, prowadzącą do drugiej pozycji pośredniej kołnierza, w której złożony element dolny (3) kołnierza leży co najmniej częściowo na elemencie bocznym (1), co najmniej jedną, trzecią linię gięcia (III) biegnącą wzdłuż szerokości elementu bocznego (1), prowadzącą do trzeciej pozycji pośredniej kołnierza, w której złożone element dolny (3) i element boczny (1) leżą na elemencie górnym (2), co najmniej jedną, czwartą linię gięcia (IV) elementu górnego wzdłuż szerokości kołnierza prowadzącą do czwartej pozycji pośredniej kołnierza, w której element górny (2) co najmniej częściowo leży na elemencie bocznym (1) i elemencie dolnym (3), co najmniej jedną, piątą linię gięcia (V), biegnącą wzdłuż wysokości elementu górnego (2), prowadzącą do pozycji złożonej kołnierza, w której element górny (2) kołnierza leży na elemencie bocznym (1) i elemencie dolnym (3).The subject of the application is a permeable collar and the method of installing it around a roof window. A vapour-permeable collar constructed of four elements designed to adhere to a suitable roof window frame, wherein the collar elements are two pleated side elements (1), a top element (2) and a bottom element (3), and the side elements (1) of the collar are parallel to each other, and the top element (2) and bottom element (3) are parallel to each other but perpendicular to the side elements (1), the side elements (1) and the top element (2) define the length of the collar, and the top and bottom elements define the width of the collar, wherein the top element (2) and the bottom element (3) have a height running from their outer edge to their inner edge, and the side elements (1) have a width also running from their outer edge to their inner edge, and the collar elements limit the internal opening for the roof window (4), the collar also has several bending lines by means of which the collar assumes intermediate positions up to the folded position, characterized in that the collar has a first bending line (I) running along the length of the collar, leading to the first position and a first bending line (I) extending halfway across the width of the collar, at least one second bending line (II) extending along the height of the lower collar element (3) leading to a second intermediate position of the collar, in which the folded lower collar element (3) lies at least partially on the side element (1), at least one third bending line (III) extending along the width of the side element (1), leading to a third intermediate position of the collar, in which the folded lower collar element (3) and the side element (1) lie on the top element (2), at least one fourth bending line (IV) extending along the width of the top element leading to a fourth intermediate position of the collar, in which the top element (2) lies at least partially on the side element (1) and the bottom element (3), at least one fifth bending line (V) extending along the height of the top element (2), leading to a folded position of the collar, in which the top collar element (2) lies on the side element (1) and the lower element (3).
